双面牛卡纸染色的生产实践

摘　　要：从生产实际出发,介绍了双面牛卡纸染色时染料的选择、染色的机理、影响因素及染色方案。从使用固体染料到使用液体染料,从浆池间歇染色到在线染色和在线进行色度值检测,不仅提高了产品质量和生产效率,还更加适应大纸机的生产要求。From the practical production, the dye selection, dyeing mechanism, inlfuencing factor and the dyeing program of the dyeing process of two-side kraft card paper were introduced. The use of liquid dye replacing solid dye, on-line dyeing and on-line chrome measurement replacing batch dyeing in pulp chest, not only raise the product quality and the productivity, but also accommodate the requirement of large paper machines.
