摘 要:首先,在50L规模镀槽的酸性镀液中,以黄铜为镀件,柠檬酸三钠为络合剂,硼酸为缓冲剂,电沉积Fe-P非晶合金镀层.然后,电镀光亮镍和铬,形成组合镀层Fe-P/Ni/Cr,并对其进行热处理及中性盐雾实验.结果表明:厚度分别为12.70,4.40,0.37μm的组合镀层具有强耐腐蚀性能,各镀层间结合力良好,可替代水暖的半光亮镍镀层.First,in the scale of 50 L acid plating bath with containing critic three sodium as complex agent,boric acid as buffer agent,the brass substrate was electro-plated by Fe-P amorphous alloy coating.And then,the combinatorial coat-ings (Fe-P/Ni/Cr)was formed with deposition by bright nickel and chromium coating and the thickness of the combinato-rial coatings (Fe-P/Ni/Cr)is 12.70,4.40,0.37 μm,respectively.The combine intension between the combinatoeial coat-ings is good by the heat treatment and the salt fog experiments.The results show that the combinatorial coatings have strong corrosion resistant,and could replace the half bright nickel coating with it.
