摘 要:提出一种无需电网电压传感器的三相脉宽调制(PWM)整流器控制方案。为实现单位功率因数控制,该方案以电流矢量为参考建立旋转坐标系,利用软件锁相环(SPLL)检测交流侧电流角频率与相位,根据电流调节器的输出估计电网电压,再由电网电压估计值的无功分量调整电流无功分量参考值,使电流和电网电压快速同相。实验结果表明该控制策略能实现单位功率因数整流和逆变,具有良好的动态性能。A three-phase pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier without grid-voltage sensorless control scheme is pro- posed.In order to achieve unity power factor running,the rotating frame is set up with grid alternating current vector and the frequency and phase are detected by software phase locked loop(SPLL).In the design,the grid voltage is es- timated according to the current regulater output, and the reference reactive current component is adjusted according to the reactive component of the estimated grid voltage, by which the phase of current could be synchronized fast with grid voltage.The experimental results verify that PWM rectifier with the proposed scheme could run in rectifer or in- verter mode with unity power factor, and have good dynamic performance.
