摘  要:在分析两电平电压源换流器型高压直流输电(VCS-HVDC)结构的基础上,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)作为其调制策略,探讨了换流器损耗计算模型。由于SVPWM原理基于电压而非电流,故直接计算SVPWM扇区中的电流比较困难。为计算换流器损耗,提出根据逆变器输出电流、电压的正、负组合状态,将工频周期划分为4个区域来计算通态损耗,并结合厂商提供的数据资料,采用曲线拟合理论计算开关损耗的方法。最后通过负载实验,对比计算、实验结果,验证了该方法的正确性。这为换流器设计及器件选型提供了较大参考价值。Based on analysis of structure of two level voltage source converter high voltage direct current(VCS-HVDC), using the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) as modulation strategy,the calculation model of losses of the converter is discussed.Due to the principle of SVPWM is based on voltage rather than current,it is difficult to calc- ulate the sector current.In order to calculate the losses of the converter.A method based on the positive and negative combination state of the output current and voltage of inverter is proposed, the frequency cycle is divided into four regions to calculate the conduction losses, and using the data provided by manufacturer to calculate the switching losses by curve fitting theory.Finally, through the load test, the correctness of the method is verified by comparing the calculation and test results, which provides a valuable reference for the converter design and the device selection.
