摘 要:贵州省是产茶大省,位居全国前列,茶园中耕管理中使用的中耕机械,在使用中常因缠草无法正常工作。本文通过对杂草缠绕的力学分析和计算,建立了缠绕力数学模型,并计算各因子产生的缠绕力,通过对比实际缠绕力测试值,分析缠绕力数学模型的正确性,从而得出减少缠草或防缠草的措施和方法。Guizhou is a big province of tea production, which ranking the top in China, but when using the cultivation machinery in tea management, it couldn't work properly due to the grass winding. Through the mechanical analysis and calculation of the weed winding, the winding force mathematical model was established, and the winding force of each factor was calculated as well. By comparing with the actual test value, the correctness of the winding force mathematical model was analyzed, and the measures and methods for reducing winding grass were finally concluded.
