阻烟网板对防爆柴油机废气处理箱性能的影响研究

摘　　要：应用流体计算软件Fluent对安装阻烟网板和未安装阻烟网板的防爆柴油机废气处理箱的温度场进行了仿真计算,以研究阻烟网板对废气处理箱降温性能的影响。通过对比计算结果可知,安装阻烟网板后废气处理水箱的降温性能明显改善,达到了矿用防爆柴油机最终排气温度小于70℃的安全要求。With the application of FLUENT software, the temperature field of the waste processing box of the flameproof diesel engine with and without smoke screen board was simulated. By comparing the calculation results, the cooling performance of the waste gas processing tank with smoke screen board was greatly improved, which meets the safety requirement that the final temperature of exhaust gas shouldn＇t exceed 70℃.
