摘  要:传统的催化加氢脱硫(HDS)技术是主要的脱硫技术,为实现深度脱硫,需要新的脱硫方法作为HDS的补充工艺以高效脱除各种噻吩类化合物。介绍了燃料油的组成及硫化物的性质特点,概述了燃料油脱硫的基本策略,对HDS技术和非HDS技术的研究进展进行了系统分析和综述,展望了非HDS技术的主要研究方向和需要解决的问题。Catalytic hydrodesulfurization(HDS) is nonreplaceable in the oil refinery processes in view of its multifunctionality in hydrodenitrogen, hydrodeoxygen, hydrodemetals as well as composition control of olefins and aromatics via partial hydrogenation. In order to achieve deep desulfurization of fuel oils, alternative processes have to be developed toward efficient removal of aromatic sulfurs and used as a complementary process of HDS. The physicochemical proeprties of various sulfurs were analyzed and the possible desulfurization strategies were proposed. The recent advances were reviewed mainly for the non-HDS processes, viz. extractive, adsorptive, oxidative and complex desulfurization, as well as alkylation desulfurization and some combinative desulfurization processes. Finally, the main research themes were forecasted for the non-HDS deep dsulfurization processes.
