摘  要:在盐酸介质中、以异丙醇铝为铝源,采用一步法合成出Al-SBA-15介孔分子筛,采用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、TEM和NH3-TPD等方法对其进行表征,考察了n(Si)∶n(Al)对Al-SBA-15分子筛结构和性能的影响。表征结果显示,当n(Si)∶n(Al)=10时,Al-SBA-15分子筛的(110)和(200)晶面的衍射峰消失;与SBA-15分子筛相比,Al-SBA-15分子筛的滞后环形状和介孔分布未发生明显改变;n(Si)∶n(Al)=30,25,20,15的Al-SBA-15分子筛均保持了SBA-15分子筛的六方相介孔结构,当n(Si)∶n(Al)=10时,六方相介孔结构遭到一定的破坏,晶体形貌发生明显变化;n(Si)∶n(Al)越小时,合成出的Al-SBA-15分子筛的酸性越强,n(Si)∶n(Al)=15的Al-SBA-15分子筛可作为催化剂的载体。Mesoporous Al-SBA-15 molecular sieves were synthesized with aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source in hydrochloric acid by an one-step method,and the effects of n(Si)∶n(Al) on the structure and properties of Al-SBA-15 were investigated by means of N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,TEM and NH3-TPD. The XRD results showed that,at n(Si)∶n(Al) of 10,the diffraction peaks of the(110) and(200) crystal planes of Al-SBA-15 disappeared. The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms showed that,the hysteresis loop shape and mesoporous distribution of Al-SBA-15 had no obvious change compared to those of SBA-15 molecular sieves. The Al-SBA-15 molecular sieves with n(Si)∶n(Al) of 30,25,20 and 15 kept the mesoporous hexagonal phase structure of SBA-15,which was destructed as n(Si)∶n(Al) was reduced to 10. The smaller the n(Si)∶n(Al) is,the stronger the acidity of Al-SBA-15 is. The Al-SBA-15 molecular sieves with n(Si)∶n(Al) of 15 can be used as a catalyst support.
