疏水性五氧化二锑有机溶胶及粉体制备工艺研究

摘　　要：疏水性五氧化二锑有机溶胶及粉体的制备,包括五氧化二锑水溶胶的制备,在疏水剂存在下转化为疏水性絮凝体,在絮凝体中加入疏水性有机溶剂和助溶剂解胶,得到疏水性五氧化二锑有机溶胶,或在其中只加入助溶剂,过滤得到疏水性五氧化二锑有机粉体。所制得的疏水性五氧化二锑有机溶胶,含Sb2O510%∽50%,粘度小于10 MPa·s;或疏水性五氧化二锑有机粉体,含Sb2O5 60%--71%。整个过程中,锑的直收率98%以上。制备工艺简单,操作容易,水相分离彻底,产品久置不易沉淀,所得产品适用于各种阻燃物的添加剂及石油裂解的钝化剂。Hydrophobic antimony pentoxide organosol and powder preparation,including the preparation of antimony pentoxide hydrosol,that is in the presence of hydrophobic agent into the hydrophobic flocculating constituent,then add hydrophobic organic solvent in the flocculating constituent and cosolvent to peptize,obtain antimony pentoxide by hydrophobic organic sol,or add cosolvent,filtrating to obtain hydrophobic organic antimony pentoxide powder.In the antimony pentoxide by hydrophobic organic sol,the content of antimony pentoxide is 10% ∽ 50%,viscosity is less than 10 MPa·s,however,in the hydrophobic organic antimony pentoxide powder the content of antimony pentoxide is 60% ∽ 71%.In the whole process,the direct recovery of the antimony is more than 98%.The preparation technology is simple,easy to operate,water phase separation competely,products with a long quality guarantee period,and is also suitable for all kinds of flame retardant additives and oil cracking of passivator.
