摘 要:近年来,环保部门对广泛存在的锰污染源如何进行监测管理的难题一直未得到妥善解决,因此建立一种合理、可靠、稳定的在线监测技术是当务之急。研究选取5种不同品牌的锰在线监测仪器,综合评价其在线测定性能。结果表明,5种锰在线监测仪器线性度、准确度、零点漂移、量程漂移性能均良好,能较好的应用于锰的在线监测。其中,仪器D在改进实际水样测定性能后为最优选择,并对实际水样对比对性能改进提出设置预处理系统、更改测量电阻、加强质控措施的具体改进建议。The accuracy,stability and continuity of online monitoring instruments have closely related with the reliability of online monitoring system.Five different online Manganese monitoring instruments were chosen to comprehensively evaluate their monitoring performances.The results indicated that the linear error,relative deviation,span drift of five online monitoring instruments were less than 10% and repeatability error,zero drift of five online monitoring instruments were less than 5%,respectively,indicating that five online monitoring instruments can be better applied to the on-line monitoring of manganese.By comparison of actual sample,it made specific recommendations of providing pretreatment system,changing the resistance measurement,strengthening quality control measures for performance improvement.
