摘　　要：随着现代移动通信的发展,移动流媒体开始进入人们的生活,同时也在不断的改变着现代教育模式。本文从结合自身思政教学工作,从教学方式创新的角度,从移动流媒体技术的特点出发,提出了新形势下高校思政学习的模式构建设想,并指出构建移动学习系统对高校思政意义,然后详细的分析了系统的框架构建和实现的过程,以此丰富思政课堂教学形式。With the development of mobile communications,mobile streaming media began to enter people’s lives,while also constantly changing modern education mode.In this paper,combined with their own ideological and political teaching,innovative teaching methods from the perspective from the characteristics of mobile streaming media technology,this paper presents the Ideological and Political learning model to build the new situation envisaged,and pointed to build a mobile learning system for college ideological significance and detailed analysis of the system construction process framework and implementation,in order to enrich the classroom in the form of ideological and political
