摘　　要：根据铝型材挤压模的结构和设计原理,创建了铝型材导流模和平面分流模CAD系统的构架模型。利用UG/OPEN API接口和UG/OPEN GRIP语言,开发出基于UG的铝型材挤压模设计系统。经验证,用户用该系统可以便捷地设计出三维的铝型材挤压模,为企业缩短模具设计时间和提高生产效率提供实用参考。According to the principle of Aluminum profile extrusion die,it found the whole extrusion CAD framework for Aluminum diversion mould and porthole extrusion die.Using UG/OPEN API and UG/OPEN GRIP function to develop the extrusion die design system of Aluminum profile.it proved that the user could easily design the parametric Aluminum profile extrusion die by this system,which was a practical reference for the enterprise to reduce time of design mould and improve the production efficiency.
