摘　　要：现在采用软启动器等启动异步电动机虽然启动效果好,但面对工业需要启动多台异步电动机时显得投资太大、力不从心。利用PLC进行编程代替电路的方法,通过在实验室接线、编程调试,顺利的完成了一台自耦变压器启动多台异步电动机的试验。经计算节约成本、电能80%以上,可见在工业中值得推广。Now,using the soft starter to start asynchronous motor although the priming effect is good,but in the face of industry needs to start multiple asynchronous motor is toolarge,inadequate i nvestment.Method for programming instead of circuit by using PLC,through debugging in the laboratory of wiring,programming,the successful completion of an autotransformer start multiple asynchronous motor test.Thecalculation of cost saving,electric energy by more than 80%,is worth popularizing inindustry.
