摘  要:合成一种以聚乙二醇(PEG)为柔性段的咪唑(MI)封闭甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的功能性固化剂,用于固化并增韧双酚A型环氧树脂(E-44)。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对环氧树脂的固化进行了分析;利用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)对固化样品进行动态力学性能试验;通过冲击实验机和拉伸剪切实验机对固化试样进行力学性能的测试;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对固化物冲击断面的形貌进行分析。实验结果表明,该功能性固化剂固化的E-44在不降低拉伸剪切强度的同时,韧性得到显著提高。基于DMA分析结果,封闭异氰酸酯可以使环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度明显降低。A kind of functional curing agent, imidazole(MI) blocked 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI) with polyethylene glycol (PEG) as soft seg- ment, was synthesized for toughening and curing the bisphenol A type epoxy resin (E-44). The differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was adopted to analyze the curing process of epoxy resin. The mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties were measured by impact testing machine, tensile shear testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). Based on the scanning electron microscope (SEM) studies, the morphology evolution of the E-44 cured by different curing agents was imaged. The experiment results showed that the toughness of E-44 cured by this functional curing agent was effectively improved without sacrificing the tensile shear strength. Based on the DMA studies, the blocked isocyanate reduced glass transi- tion temperature (Tg) obviously.
