环保型有机硅改性聚醚密封胶的研制

摘　　要：以有机硅改性聚醚树脂、聚氧化丙烯二醇、填料、硅烷偶联剂和催化剂等原料,制备环保型单组份有机硅改性聚醚密封胶,探讨其环保机理和力学性能。实验表明:以PPG3000为环保增塑剂,改性纳米碳酸钙为填料,当MS聚合物1和MS聚合物2复配比例为80∶20时,密封胶的综合性能最佳;硅烷偶联剂和催化剂对密封胶的固化性能影响很大。The environmental friendly type single component silicone modified polyether sealant was prepared with using silicone modified polyether resin, polypropylene oxide glycol, filler, silane coupling agent and catalyst. And its environmental friendly mechanism and mechanical prop- erties were explored. The experiments showed that when the PPG3000 was used as plasticizer and the modified nano calcium carbonate as filler, and the MS-polymer 1 and MS-polymer 2 blended with a ratio of 80：20, the comprehensive properties of sealant would be optimal. The silane coupling a- gent and catalyst had a great influence on the curing properties of sealant.
