体外冲击波联合微电流治疗压疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察体外冲击波联合微电流治疗压疮的临床效果。方法:将60例压疮患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)2组。2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用体外冲击波联合微电流治疗。结果:治疗组、对照组各自组内治疗30 d后的VAS评分与治疗前评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗30 d后VAS评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组组内治疗7 d后、14 d后和30 d后与治疗前的PUSH评分比较,治疗14 d后和30 d后与治疗7 d后的PUSH评分比较,治疗30 d后与治疗14 d后的PUSH评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组组内治疗7 d后、14 d后和30 d后与治疗前的PUSH评分比较,治疗30 d后与治疗7 d后的PUSH评分比较,治疗30 d后与治疗14 d后的PUSH评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗14 d后、30 d后PUSH评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合微电流对压疮患者的疼痛治疗优于常规治疗;常规治疗和体外冲击波联合微电流对压疮的治疗均有效,在治疗7 d时2组比较无差异,治疗14 d和30 d后,体外冲击波联合微电流对压疮的治疗优于常规治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current in patients with pressure ulcer. Methods： 60 cases with pressure ulcer were randomly assigned to extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current group（ treatment group） and conventional treatment group（ control group）, each group with 30 cases. Patients in treatment group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current therapy and conventional treatment,patients in control group received conventional treatment only. Results： In terms of VAS score,there are significant differences before and 30 days after treatment in each group（ P 0. 05）,and 30 days after treatment,the VAS score in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. In terms of PUSH score,there are significant differences before and 7 days after treatment,before and 14 days after treatment,before and 30 days after treatment,7 days and 14 days after treatment,7 days and 30 days after treatment,14 days and 30 days after treatment,in treatment group（ P 0. 05）; there are significant differences before and 7 days after treatment,before and 14 days after treatment,before and 30 days after treatment,7 days and 30 days after treatment,14 days and 30 days after treatment,in control group（ P 0. 05）; 14 days and 30 days after treatment,the PUSH score in treatment group was better than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Both conventional treatment and extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current can relieve the pain of patients with pressure ulcer,and the treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current was better than that of conventional treatment. 7 days after treatment,there was no difference in treatment effect between the two groups,14 and 30 days after treatment,the treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with micro-current was better than that of conventional treatment.
