益肺健脾法配合穴位贴敷对持续性变应性鼻炎患者生活质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷对持续性变应性鼻炎(Perennial Allergic Rhinitis,PAR)患者生活质量的改善情况。方法:将80例PAR患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例,采用益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷治疗;对照组40例,口服西替利嗪。采用视觉模拟量表(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)和鼻结膜炎相关生活质量调查表(Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire,RQLQ)评价患者治疗前、后和三个月后随访的评分情况;并观察患者治疗前、后血清Ig E水平。结果:(1)与同组治疗前分值比较,治疗后和三个月随访时2组患者VAS和RQLQ量表总分分值均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗后和三个月随访时生活质量总分下降幅度更大,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);(3)与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者血清Ig E水平均降低(P<0.01),组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:益肺健脾法配合三伏贴敷能有效治疗PAR,较对照组在提高患者生活质量方面改善更有优势。Objective： To observe the effect with the combination of Yifei Jianpi Method and acupoint application on the life quality of perennial allergic rhinitis（ PAR）. Methods： 80 patients with PAR are randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients each. The patients in the trial group received the combination of Yi-fei-jian-pi method and acupoint application,while those in the control group received cetirizine tables only. The visual analog scale（ VAS） and the rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire（ RQLQ） were used to evaluate the change of life quality before and after the treatment,and 3 months later in follow-up; and serum lever of Ig E before and after the treatment. Results：（ 1） Compared with the scores before the treatment in the same group,for the trial group and the control group the scores of life quality was significantly decreased after the treatment and in the follow-up（ P 0. 01 or P 0. 05）;（ 2） Compared with the control group,the scores of life quality in the trial group was significantly increased after the treatment and in the follow-up（ P 0. 01 or P 0. 05）;（ 3） The serum lever of Ig E decreased after the treatment in the two groups（ P 0. 01）,and wasn＇t different after the treatment（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yi-fei-jian-pi Method and acupoint application can significantly improve the life quality of the patients with PAR.
