摘 要:根据资金时间价值理论,以车辆购置、维护保养、运营能耗等3部分费用为影响因子,采用公交车全生命周期的资金投入净现值作为其经济性表征指标,构建公交车使用的经济性分析模型。以2013年南京地区公交车运营数据为例,运用所建立的模型对比研究混合动力、纯电动、传统燃油公交车的使用经济性。研究结果表明:3种公交车的资金投入净现值分别为212.55万元、248.12万元和210.24万元,混合动力公交车、传统燃油公交车比较纯电动公交车更具有经济上的竞争优势;由于突出的节能特性,纯电动新能源公交车具有较好的应用前景,且当电池成本下降28.5%时,其总体经济性可接受。Based on the theory of time value of funds,we established an economic analysis model for bus service which takes net present value of investment in the whole bus life cycle and the costs of purchase,maintenance and energy consumption as the impact factors. With the bus operation data in Nanjing area in2013,we comparatively analyzed the service economy of hybrid electric,battery electric and conventional diesel buses through the established model. The research result shows that( 1) the net present values of investment of the 3 types of bus are 2 125 500 yuan,2 481 200 yuan and 2 102 400 yuan respectively,hybrid electric bus and conventional diesel bus are more economical than battery electric bus;( 2) because of the outstanding energy-saving performance, battery electric bus has good application prospect and its economy could be acceptable when the battery cost is reduced by 28. 5%.
