摘 要:对采用胍基萃取剂LIX7950从废氰化物溶液中萃取金属和氰化物进行了研究,在碱性氰化物溶液中金和铜可通过萃取荆有效萃取。氰化物含量越高对铜的萃取越不利,但对金的萃取影响不大。研究了金属氰化物络合物与萃取剂混合后的萃取情况,并发现萃取顺序Au>Ag>zn>Ni>cu>Fe。游离氰化物留在水相中,由于金属氰化物先于CN^-被萃取,这一重要发现提供了一个从氰化物废液中将金属氰化物与CN^-分离的方案,经此方法金属氰化物被浓缩在较小体积的溶液中,贫液则返回氰化工艺中。Solvent extraction of metals and cyanide from waste cyanide solution with the guanidine extractant LIX7950 has been investigated.Gold and copper can be effectively extracted from alkaline cyanide solutions by the extractant.High cyanide levels tend to depress extraction of copper,but exhibit insignificant effect on extraction of gold.The extraction of the mixture solution of metal cyanide complexes with the extractant has been studied and an extraction sequence of Au 〉 Ag 〉 Zn 〉 Ni 〉 Cu 〉 Fe was observed.The free cyanide remains in the aqueous phase due to the preferential extraction of metal cyanide species over CN ~.The important findings suggest a possible solution to the separation of metal cyanides and free cyanide in cyanide effluents by which metal cyanides can be concentrated into a small volume of solution and the barren cyanide solution recycled to the cyanidation process.
