摘 要:针对全尾砂细粒级含量多、自然沉降速度较慢的特点,在全尾砂沉降过程中一般需添加絮凝剂。结合某铁矿全尾砂物理及化学特性,研究了3种类型絮凝剂(阳离子型、阴离子型和非离子型)对沉降速率的影响。在筛选出最优类型(阴离子型)的基础上进一步探讨了絮凝剂单耗对尾砂沉降速率的影响程度,给出了合理单耗区间在40~50g/t。阐述了絮凝沉降机理,分析了絮团形成的过程及沉降的6个阶段。对生产实践及理论研究具有一定的指导作用。A certain amount of flocculant is needed to add during the settling process because of the low settling velocity caused by the abundance of fine particles in full tailings.Combined with the physical and chemical properties of full tailings in a iron mine,a study was taken to analyse the effect of different types of flocculant(cationic,anionic and non-ionic) on the settling velocity.The anionic flocculant was selected to be the best and further test was carried on to study the influence of flocculant dosage on settling velocity.Finally a dosage of 40~50g/t was proved to be suitable.The mechanism of flocculation and settling process was presented and the formation of floc and six stages of settling process were analyzed.The results can be applied to guide further practical and theoretical studies.
