摘　　要：目的：对2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》中复方草珊瑚含片含量测定前处理方法进行改进、简化。方法：改进方法为直接以流动相[乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（20∶80）]为溶剂超声提取。按照药典复方草珊瑚含片含量测定的色谱条件来评价改进后的前处理方法和药典前处理方法。结果：异秦皮啶浓度在3.05-61.0μg·m L^-1（r=0.999 9）范围内呈良好线性关系;异嗪皮啶平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.16%。结论：改进后的前处理方法操作简单,快速,高效;步骤少,样品损失少,从而增加了测定结果的准确度、精密度。Objective： To improve and simplify the testing solution preparation method for determining the content of isofraxidin in compound Caoshanhu tablets that is recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（ 2010 editon）. Methods： The samples were directly extracted by ultrasonic method with a mobile phase [acetonitrile-0. 1%phosphate solution（ 20∶ 80） ]. The chromatographic conditions for determining compound Caoshanhu tablets recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were used to evaluate the improved method. Results： The linear rang of isofraxidin was 3. 05 - 61. 0 μg·m L^-1（ r = 0. 999 9）. Average recovery was 99. 4%（ RSD = 1. 16%,n = 6）. Conclusion：The improved method is simple,rapid and effective,and can make the test results mach more accurate.
