摘  要:小檗碱是多种清热解毒类中药共有的有效成分,是医学领域研究较透彻,且应用于中西医临床最广泛的成分之一。小檗碱除了传统研究的抑菌、抗炎、抗病毒等药理作用外,对肿瘤、糖尿病、心血管疾病、消化道疾病也有很好的治疗作用,已成为业界研究热点。小檗碱多用酸水、碱水、超声和回流等方法提取,近年来涌现了超临界流体提取法、酶法、双水相萃取法等提取方法。本文对小檗碱的提取方法及药理活性进行了归纳、分析和总结,提出了当前研究存在的不足,并对小檗碱的研究方向和应用前景做出了展望。Berberine is a common active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine,and is one of the thoroughly researched clinical medicine and one of the widely used ingredients in the medical field. In addition to antimicrobial,anti-inflammatory and anti-viral activities,berberine is effective on cancer,diabetes,cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal diseases,and has become the focus of research. Berberine extraction methods include acid extraction,alkaline extraction,ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction. In recent years,a lot of new extractive methods have been developed such as supercritical fluid extraction,enzymatic extraction,aqueous two-phase extraction method,and so on. In this article,we analyzed and summarized extraction methods and pharmacological activities of berberine. The deficiencies within currently studies on berberine were analyzed,and the prospect researches were discussed in this paper.
