摘 要:针对东海气田产水严重的开发现状,通过室内实验研究,研制了适用于其气藏条件的冻胶泡沫堵水体系。该体系由质量分数为0.4%的CAB-35耐高温起泡剂和0.4%LF聚合物+0.4%REL&MNE交联剂冻胶稳泡剂复配而成,并优化了冻胶泡沫的注入方式、气液比和注气速度等施工参数,评价了冻胶泡沫的性能,形成了适用于东海气藏条件的耐高温冻胶泡沫堵水技术。评价结果表明:LF聚合物冻胶体系作为耐高温冻胶泡沫的稳泡体系,具有较好的稳泡效果,能大幅度提高泡沫的半衰期;冻胶泡沫堵水体系在气液混注、气液比1:1、注气速度为0.5 mL/min时性能最佳,易注入且封堵能力强。驱替实验结果表明:当地层情况相同时,冻胶泡沫堵剂封堵水的能力大干封堵气的能力,且堵剂对水的封堵率随着地层渗透率的增加而增强;当地层存在渗透率差异时,堵剂具有较好的地层非均质选择性能,堵剂优先封堵高渗透水流通道,而低渗透产气通道未被堵死。因此通过地层渗透率差异能够实现选择性堵水的目的。Aiming at the severe water production in the East China Sea Gas Field, a gel foam water plugging system suitable for tbe gas reservoir conditions was developed through lab experiments. The system is made up of 0.4% CAB35 heat resistant foaming a gent, 0.4% I.F polymer, and 0.4% REL & MNE crosslinker. Furthermore, the injection mode, gas-liquid ratio and injection rate were optimized by physical simulation, and the performance of the gel foam was evaluated. Finally, a water-plugging technology with high temperature resistance gel foam system suitable for the East China Sea Gas Field was formed. The evaluation results indicate that the LF polymer gel system serving as the stabilizing system of high temperature resistance gel foam works well in stabilizing foam and can substantially increase the half-life period of foam; the gel foam water-plugging system has the optimum performance of strong plugging capacity and easy injection in the gas-liquid mixed injection at gas-liquid ratio of 1 : 1 and gas injection rate of 0.5 mL/min. The displacement experiment shows that under the same formation conditions, the gel foam system can better plug water rather than gas, and the water plugging ratio of the plugging agent increases with the increase of formation permeability. When the formation has permeability differences, the plugging agent has good formation heterogeneity selectivity. In other words, the plugging agent enters high-permeability water channels preferentially with the low permeability gas channels remaining unblocked. Thus, the gel loam system can realize selective water plugging according to formation permeability differences.
