摘  要:为了探索最佳的发泡水泥基材配合比,为超轻发泡水泥保温板在最低体积密度下实现最高强度提供配方依据,首先对新拌浆体的流动度和凝结时间进行了测试,然后对满足发泡浆体工作性要求的配比进行抗压强度测试,在最高的抗压强度配比的基础上,探索了纤维的长度、直径、品种及纤维掺量对发泡水泥基材力学性能的影响。最后,在优选出的发泡水泥基材配比基础上进行了中试,所获得的发泡水泥保温板性能满足"十二五"国家科技支撑课题提出的各项指标要求。In order to achieve the optimal mix proportion of cement foamed material and provide formula basis for the lightest strength of lightweight foamed cement insulation board under the lowest volume density, the fluidity and setting time of fresh slurry are tested. Then, compressive strengths of the specimens whose mix proportion can meet the workability requirements of foam slurry are tested, and based on the mix proportion of slurry with the lightest compressive strength, the influence of length, diameter, type and content of fiber on the mechanical behavior of cement foamed material is studied.Finally, the optimal mix proportion is achieved, and the performance tests are carried out. The results show that the performance of foamed cement insulation board can meet the indicators requirements of the National Science Technology Pillar Program during the 12 th Five-year Plan Period.
