摘 要:分析了玻化微珠复合混凝土的传热机理,对该混凝土中热流的传递途径进行了划分,构建了基于最小热阻理论的导热系数计算模型,并用相关文献试验数据对模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型能够较精确的预测玻化微珠复合混凝土干燥状态下的导热系数。后续研究还可考虑含湿率,以及玻化微珠的细度模数对玻化微珠复合混凝土的导热性能的影响。Based on the mechanism of thermal conductivity of expended and vitrified beads concrete, the channels of thermal conductivity in concrete are divided, the thermal conductivity coefficient is modeled based on the theory of minimum thermal resistance, and the model by using the data of other related literatures is confirmed. The results indicate that the model can calculate the thermal conductivity coefficient under arid state exactly. The subsequent research should be launched in the field of influencing factors of thermal conductivity in concrete including moisture content and fineness module of expanded and vitrified beads.
