摘 要:采用聚合溶胶法制备N掺杂Ti O2溶胶及Si O2溶胶,以Al2O3陶瓷膜为支撑体,用浸渍-提拉方法将溶胶涂敷在支撑体表面,合成平均孔径为3~5 nm的N-Ti O2-Si O2/Al2O3复合膜,采用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线能谱(EDX)对其表征分析;用复合膜处理黄连素废水,考察复合膜的分离及光催化性能。结果表明,复合膜对黄连素截留率达90%,无机盐截留率低于5%。该复合膜能实现有机物和盐分离、浓缩。Nitrogen-doped TiO2 and SiO2 sol was coated onto ceramic membranes (Al2O3) by the sol-gel method, and composite membrane with a selective layer having average pore sizes of 3-5 nm was prepared. The composite membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersion X-Ray (EDX). SEM images revealed that the TiO2 particles piled up on ceramic membranes to form separation layer. Berberine wastewater was treated by the as-prepared composite membranes, and properties of separation as well as photocatalysis of the composite membranes had been analyzed. The results showed that the retention rate ofberberine reached 90% while only 5% of inorganic salt or less was rejected. Separation and concentration of organics from salt solution could be achieved by this composite membrane.
