摘 要:对石化高温凝结水除盐技术进行研究。结果认为,石化高温凝结水除盐工艺宜为阳阴分床,长期稳定运行的温度不宜大于60℃,树脂层最高允许装填2 400 mm,运行流速宜为40~60 m/h。经中试实验验证,出水水质能够满足石化高温凝结水回用的要求,为工业化应用提供了技术依据。Desalination of petrochemical high-temperature condensate was launched. The results showed that for the desalination of petrochemical high- temperature condensate, the cation exchanger-anion exchanger during the appropriate desalting process was much better, and the operating temperature ought to be less than 60℃, while the maximum permissible resin layer was 2 400 mm and at last the proper flow rate should be 40~60 m/h. The pilot scale test showed that the proposed parameters could yield water with better indicators, which would satisfy the reuse requirements on the petrochemical high-temperature condensate, which could provide a technical basis for industrial application.
