摘 要:针对ABS树脂生产过程中PB工段+接枝聚合工段混合废水乳胶状悬浮物难以去除的现状,通过分析该混合废水水质特征,采用混凝-溶气气浮方法进行预处理此类废水。筛选出适宜药剂及优化运行条件。结果表明,氯化钙和阳离子型PAM共同作用对废水中的乳胶状悬浮物具有极好的破乳絮凝效果,且在原水p H为7、氯化钙投加量75 mg/L、PAM投加量10 mg/L、溶气水回流体积比为60%、HRT为19 min条件下,对ABS树脂生产废水中的浊度去除率达95%以上,COD去除率达70%以上,达到后续生化处理对进水的要求。In response to the status quo that the colloidal suspension of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrcne (ABS) resin PB section+ Graft polymerization section of mixed wastewater was hard to remove, the coagulation-dissolved air flotation was applied for pretreatment of such wastewater through analyzing the characteristics of the mixed wastewater quality. The best reagent was screened and the operating conditions were optimized. The results indicated that the combination of aluminum reagent and the cationic PAM showed higher effect and the optimum technological parameters were determined as following: pH at 7, the CaC12 dosage being 75 mg/L, PAM dosage being 10 mg/L, the recycle water volume ratio being 60% and hydraulic retention time being 19 min. Under the optimum technological parameters, the removal efficiency of turbidity and COD which could reache above 95% and 70% respectively, and the effluent could meet the demand of biochemical treatment process.
