摘 要:介绍了啤酒废水治理工程改造调试项目。改造工程重点提升了生化系统的抗冲击负荷能力。将原调节池改造为水解酸化池;将UASB维修并重新接种污泥进行调试;将好氧池改造为缺氧池和接触氧化池;更换了曝气头并新增弹性填料;将二沉池改造为斜板沉淀池。改造后运行效果非常好,处理出水COD≤120 mg/L,BOD5≤53 mg/L,ρ(SS)≤78 mg/L,p H=6~9,达到啤酒工业污染物排放标准GB 19821-2005预处理要求。The engineering reform of the facilities for treatment of beer wastewater was introduced. The reconstruction project focused on enhancing biochemical system ability to resist impact load. The original regulation pool was changed into hydrolytic acidification tank. Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) was repaired and sludge was inoculated again for debugging. The aerobic pool was transformed into the anoxic tank and contact oxidation pond. The aeration head was replaced and the elastic filler was added. The secondary sedimentation tank was transformed into inclined plate sedimentation tank. Operation effect was very good after this reform COD, BOD5 and SS in the treated effluent were less than or equal to 120 mg/L, 53 mg/L, 78 mg/L respectively, and pH of the effluent was in range from 6 to 9. The effluent quality met the requirement in the discharge standard of pollutants in beer Industry (GB 19821 - 2005).
