摘 要:科学划分城镇用地扩展边界是提高城镇化质量、协调人地关系的重要举措。文章综合考虑距离和阻力两类因素,采用最小累积阻力模型研究不同情景下城镇用地扩展的边界划分问题,提出一套两级分区体系。以云南省洱海流域为例的实证研究发现,同一地块单元的城镇用地扩展阻力普遍高于生态用地扩展阻力,两个扩展过程的最小累计阻力值在空间上均呈现为中间低、周边高特征;以两过程累积阻力比值1.5、1、0.5作为一级边界阈值,按三种情景划分城镇用地适宜区面积分别为981.35km2、589.40km2、212.63km2,分别占流域总面积的38.26%、22.98%、8.29%;以此为基础,对三种情景下城镇用地扩展边界进一步细化,分别确定了优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区的边界阈值。研究结果可为合理确定城镇用地扩展方向和规模提供参考依据。How to define the boundary of the urban land expansion scientifically is an important measure to improve urbanization quality and coordinate man- land relationship. In this paper, considered two factors of distance and resistance, we take Erhai lake basin as a case to study problems of urban land expansion boundary in MCR model and put forward a set of two- level division system. The research conclusions are:(1) for the same block unit, the resistance of urban land expansion is generally higher than that of ecological land expansion, and the MCR of the two expansion processes all presents a characteristic that the value of the intermediate is lower and that of the peripheral is higher.(2) we take MCR ratio(1.5, 1, 0.5) as the first grade boundary threshold value respectively, then in these three situations, urban land suitable area is 981.35 km2, 589.40km2, 212.63km2 respectively, and the percentage is 26%, 22.98%, 8.29%respectively. Based on the above study, we make a further division of urban land expansion boundary and determine boundary threshold values of four major function areas: optimum development area, key development area, prohibitive development area and limited development area. Study results provide theoretical basis and reference of determining the development direction and scale of urban land expansion.
