摘 要:建筑围护结构节能是建筑节能的重要组成部分。成都地区新农村住宅多属砖混结构,围护结构热工性能差,室内热环境恶劣。通过该地区新农村住宅实地实验测试以及外围护结构能耗指标理论计算,分析并提出了适宜该地区新农村住宅外围护结构节能设计的3种方案,并对现有住宅和节能设计3种方案用De ST-h软件进行模拟分析。结果表明,节能住宅设计方案在节能效果、经济、技术和生态方面都能达到新农村建筑的要求。Energy saving of the building envelope is an important part of building energy effi ciency. Most of the new rural houses in Chengdu area are in brick-concrete structures, with poor thermal performance of the building envelope and indoor thermal environment. Based on the fi eld experimental measurement on the new rural houses and theoretical calculation on the energy-consumption index of the outer building envelope, this paper analyzed and proposed three schemes suitable for the energy saving design of the new rural residential outer envelope, and had a simulation analysis on the these three schemes by De ST-h. The results showed that these schemes are able to meet the requirements of the new rural houses in energy-saving effect, economy, technology and ecology.
