摘 要:探讨细纱机配备SOBONE-S9型智能落纱机的使用效果及应采取的技术措施。在FA506型细纱机上配备了SOBONE-S9型智能落纱机。通过工艺调整使细纱机适应落纱机的工作要求,按照工艺要求对落纱机进行安装、操作、调试、维护,以保证落纱机的正常运行,促进落纱效率和质量的提升。结果表明:应用落纱机进行落纱可以提高生产效率,减轻工人劳动强度,减少用工。认为:采用落纱机落纱仍然可以使用原机配套的普通锭子,节约改造费用,实现细纱短车的自动化落纱;在使用中应加强操作培训,落实维护项目及周期,保证落纱机运行状态良好。Use effect and technological measures should be taken for spinning frame installed with SOBONES9 intelligent doffer was discussed. SOBONE-S9 intelligent doffer was equipped in FA506 spinning frame. Spinning frame was adjusted to suit doffer's running requirement by technology. Installation,operation, adjustment and maintenance of doffer were proceeded according to processing requirement to ensure its normal running. Efficiency and quality of doffing was promoted. The results show that production efficiency can be increased by using doffer. Labor intensity of operation can be reduced. Labor use can be decreased. It is considered that common spindles in original frame still can be used when doffer is adopted. Modification cost can be saved. Automatical doffing can be achieved in short spinning frame. Operation training should be strengthened during application. Maintenance projects and period should be implemented to ensure better status of doffer.
