摘　　要：探讨"一线串两机"异纤清除配置方案的原理与应用效果。分析了实际生产中影响异纤分拣机清除效率的主要因素,提出"一线串两机"异纤分拣系统的新型配置方案,并进行了实际生产应用验证,结果获得了较好的效果,使异纤清除效率得到较大幅度提高。认为,"一线串两机"配置方案通过二次开松与二次检测能够较好地解决异纤遮挡问题,改善异纤清除效果,是进一步提高分拣机清除效率的一条有效途径。Principle and application effect of two foreign fiber cleaning machines in one production line were discussed. Main factors of influencing foreign fiber cleaning machine cleaning efficiency in practical production were analyzed. New configuration plan of foreign fiber cleaning system was put forward. Practical production application verification was proceeded. Better effect was obtained. Foreign fiber cleaning efficiency was greatly improved. It is considered that foreign fiber hiding problem can be well solved by twice opening and testing. Then foreign fiber cleaning effect is improved. It is an efficient way to further increase cleaning efficiency of foreign fiber cleaning machine.
