摘　　要：探讨用Autocoro 360型转杯纺纱机生产纯棉针织纱及纯涤纱的工艺技术措施。针对该机生产纯棉针织纱出现纱线手感发硬、不柔软,生产涤纶纱出现大量白色粉末、形成起毛竹节及生产粗特纱困难等问题,结合生产实践,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了具体解决措施。认为:通过合理选择专件、优选原料和纺纱工艺等技术措施,可以提高纯棉针织纱的柔软性;纯涤纱生产过程中出现的问题,应从优化纺纱原料,合理选择分梳辊型号及速度,调整转杯直径、引纱速度、熟条定量、涤纶纤维长度等方面加以解决。Technology measures of pure cotton knitting yarn and pure polyester yarn spun by Autocoro 360 rotor spinning machine were discussed. According to problems of pure cotton knitting yarn hard hand feeling and produced and problems of large powder appearing, formation of slubby and difficulty in producing thick yarn for pure polyester yarn,reasons were analyzed combining production practice and detail solving measures were also brought out. It is considered that softness of pure cotton knitting yarn can be improved by technological measurement like reasonably selecting special elements,raw material and spinning process. For the problems occurred in pure polyester yarn production, they can be solved from the aspects of optimizing raw material, reasonably selecting combing roller type and speed, adjusting of rotor diameter, drawing speed, drawing sliver weight per unit, polyester fiber length and so on.
