摘  要:针对潮流熵和网络拓扑熵在表征电网自组织临界演化水平上的局限性,提出用负载率进行加权的加权潮流熵和用度数大小进行加权的加权网架结构熵,分别表征电网负载率和潮流分布变化、电网度数大小和度数分布变化后电网的自组织临界状态演化水平;结合信息论首次提出联合加权熵,综合反映了电网的网架建设、负载率以及潮流分布对电网自组织临界性的影响,从而从一个全面的角度表征了电网的自组织临界演化水平。结合大停电风险评估指标风险价值和条件风险价值对甘肃电网的自组织临界演化进行了仿真计算,仿真结果证明联合加权熵在表征电网自组织临界演化水平上的全面性和有效性。Two new concepts were proposed in this paper in order to conquer the limitations of power flow entropy and grid structure entropy in representing the level of evolution of grid self-organize criticality respectively. One was weighted power flow entropy weighted by load rate to represent the effect of load rate and power flow distribution changes. The other was weighted grid structure entropy weighted by degree to represent the effect of node degree and degree distribution changes. According to the fact that network frame construction, load construction, load rate and power flow distribution have significant impacts on grid self-organize criticality, this paper firstly applied united weighted entropy to reflect those impacts comprehensively based on information theory. The process of self-organize criticality was verified by simulating Gansu power grid with the blackout risk assessment indexes (value at risk (VaR) and conditional value at risk (CVaR)). United weighted entropy is proved to be available and comprehensive in representing the level of grid self-organize criticality.
