摘  要:以五桥臂电压源逆变器驱动两台三相永磁同步电机控制系统为研究对象,提出一种适合该系统的占空比优化调制策略。在空间矢量脉宽调制的基础上,分析逆变器驱动信号占空比的取值范围;为满足不同情况下公共桥臂的控制要求,分别对5个桥臂的占空比进行合理优化。该策略在两电机解耦控制的同时,有效减少了两电机受零电压矢量控制的时间,扩展了系统的调速范围,从而能提高直流母线电压的利用率。仿真和实验结果验证了该调制策略的可行性和有效性。A modulation strategy was proposed to optimize the duty cycle of the control system, in which two three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) were fed by five-leg voltage source inverter. On the base of the space vector pulse width modulation, the duty cycles ranges of driving signals had been analyzed. To meet the control requirements of the public bridge under different situations, the duty cycles of the five bridge arms were optimized respectively. In this way, the public bridge arm could control the two motors at the same time in the modulation period. This strategy can reduce the role of zero-voltage vector effectively while the two motors achieve decoupling control. Thereby the speed range of the system is extended, and the utilization of the DC bus voltage can be increased. Simulation analysis and experimental results can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modulation strategy.
