摘  要:振动的抑制是近年来开关磁阻电机研究的热门领域。该文提出一种在转子齿两侧开槽的方法,通过改变转子齿形来改变转子表面气隙磁密的方向,可以减小气隙中的径向磁密,同时增大切向磁密,达到抑制电磁振动的目的。利用二维瞬态有限元法,验证了转子齿两侧开槽对径向力波的削弱和转矩脉动的抑制效果,研究了开槽尺寸变化对仿真结果的影响规律,并对5.5k W、1000r/min、12/8极开关磁阻电机的开槽参数进行了优化,进行了样机的试制和试验。试验结果表明:该方法对开关磁阻电机的电磁振动有较好的抑制效果,但对电机的运行效率有一定影响。Vibration reduction is a hot research field on switched reluctance motor (SRM) in recent years. This paper presented a new type rotor tooth with slot on each side. By rotor profile changed, the direction of air gap flux density was altered on surface of rotor and the radial magnetic flux density would be decreased as well as the tangential flux density increased. As a result, the reduced radial force wave would depress the vibration. Meanwhile the slotted rotor would improve the torque performance of SRM. Based on 2-D finite element analysis, it was confirmed that the new type rotor could reduce the peak value of the radial force wave as well as the torque ripple rate and it was researched that how the slot dimensions influence the simulation results. Then the optimal slot parameters for the prototype motor were ascertained. Finally two 5.5kW, 1000r/min, 12/8 SRM prototypes were designed and produced to conduct a comparative experiment. It is proved that this method could reduce the vibration of SRM validly with little reduction of efficiency.
