摘　　要：按照水利部要求和部署,内蒙古、广东、河南、甘肃等省(自治区)正在开展不同类型的水权交易试点工作。从上述地区的实际出发并结合法理,对其水权交易的需求及可交易水权的类型进行深入分析,同时提出水权交易可能带来的风险及防范对策。According to the requirement of the Ministry of Water Resources, pilot projects of water rights trading have been carried out in the provinces or autonomous regions such as Inner Monglia, Guangdong, Henan and Gansu. Indepth analysis has been taken on the needs of water rights trading and types available for the trading in the pilot areas, taking the actual needs and existed rules and regulations into full consideration. Possible risks and preventive measures during water rights trading are put forward at the same time.
