摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法对皮革中的直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)进行测定。皮革样品采用甲醇超声波提取后浓缩至干,二氯甲烷溶解,经中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,浓缩至干,甲醇定容。用反相C8柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇-10 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相进行等度洗脱,二级管阵列检测器测定波长为225 nm。结果表明,LAS在0.5~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;检测限为10 mg/kg;在10~2000 mg/kg添加水平下回收率为86.1%~96.8%,RSD均不大于13%。方法适用于皮革中直链烷基苯磺酸盐的测定。The content of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate in leather was determined by high performance liquid chromatographic( HPLC) method. Samples were extracted ultrasonically with methanol. The methanol was removed and the residue was dissolved with methylene dichloride,followed by clean up with neutral alumina solid phase extraction. The eluate was evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in methanol. The final extract was injected into HPLC and separated with a reversed phase C8column( 4. 6 × 150 mm,5 μm),using methanol –ammonium acetate( 10 mmol / L) as the mobile phase with an isocratic elution program,detected with a diode array detector at a wavelength of 225 nm. LAS had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 5 ~ 10. 0 mg / L,the correlation coefficient was higher than 0. 999,and the limit of quantification was 10 mg / kg. Average recoveries of LAS at spiked levels ranging from 10 mg / kg to 2000 mg / kg were 86. 1% ~ 96. 8% and relative standard deviations were no more than 13 %. The method developed is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and it can be used for the determination of LAS in leather.
