摘　　要：回顾了中国钨业协会2014年所做的工作,分析了协会改革发展中存在的问题和面临的形势,提出了2015年工作指导思想和重点工作。强调要认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态,始终履行好服务宗旨和使命,坚持民主办会、勤俭办会、企业家办会,增强"提供服务、反映诉求、规范运作"的能力,积极反应行业企业诉求,切实为政府、行业和企业服好务,不断提升协会的影响力、凝聚力和公信力,促进钨工业持续健康发展。This paper analyzes the problems and situation in the development of China Tungsten industry Association upon reviewing tasks performed in 2014 and listing key issues to be accomplished in 2015. Service purpose and mission of CTIA should be fulfilled by understanding, adapting and leading the new economic norms. The capacities of service provision, demands conveying and standard operation of CTIA should be reinforced by democratic participation and thrifty performance. The influence, cohesion and credibility of CTIA would be increasingly promoted by its service to the government, tungsten industry and enterprises.
