摘　　要：论文从海上无线电通信特点出发,采用Longley-Rice模型对海面浮标中继通信系统电波传输损耗进行仿真研究,确立了海面浮标通信与海洋环境及通信系统结构的关系,通过对海面浮标通信电波传播损耗进行研究,为浮标通信系统设计特别是对浮体结构设计提供必要的理论依据。This paper uses the Longley-Rice model to simulate and study wave transmission loss of the relay communication system starting from the characteristics of radio communications on the sea,establishes the relationship between the sea buoy communicate with the marine environment and the structure of the communication system.The research of transmission loss provides a necessary theoretical basis for the design of the float mechanism.
