摘  要:以色度和COD去除率为目标,研究微波强化铁炭内电解技术对自制桉木APMP制浆废水的处理工艺。优化后的工艺条件为:初始pH 3.0,铁炭质量比5:3,活性炭颗粒粒径80目,微波加热功率700 W,加热时间9 min。废水的COD从910 mg·L^(-1)下降到380 mg·L^(-1),去除率60%,色度从2295 C.U.降至575 C.U.,去除率75%。与单一的铁炭内电解处理方法相比,微波强化处理效果优于单纯的内电解法处理。The carbon-iron internal electrolysis process enhanced by microwave was employed for APMP effluent treatment in this article. Removals of color and COD were focused to optimizing treated conditions, The optimized condition were: initial pH value was 3.0, mass ratio of carbon to iron was 3:5 and diameter of charcoal capsules was 80 mesh, at 700 W power microwave radiation heat for 9 min. The COD of the treated water reached at 380 mg·L^-1 from 910 mg·L^-1 and the removal was about 60% at the optimized conditions. The color removal was about 75% from 2295 C.U. to 575 C.U. at the same time. Microwave treatment improved the effect of carbon-iron internal electrolysis process markedly, but the application of this process on APMP effluent treatment needs to be done more and more work.
