摘　　要：针对XDIII型电机定子冲片原先单工序模生产率低、制件尺寸积累误差大的缺陷和不足,设计出了1副冲制该定子的复合模,有效地解决了该定子冲片的生产工艺问题,保证了可靠的制件的质量,并能取得良好的经济效益。In view of the XDIII type motor stator laminations single process die and low productivity, original parts size error accumulation big flaw and the insufficiency, has designed a pair of compound die of the stator, effectively solve the problem of the production process of the stator laminations, ensures the reliable product quality, and can obtain good economic benefits.
