摘 要:聚磷菌PAOs(phosphate accumulation organisms)的聚磷特性是生物除磷研究的重要内容。文章针对山东省济南市高新区污水处理厂活性污泥中分离的聚磷菌JN459,经生理生化特征研究及16 S rDNA分析,将该菌株鉴定为Microlunatus phosphovorus,对纯培养条件下聚磷菌JN459菌株聚磷特性进行了序列间歇式反应器SBR(sequencing batch reactor)批量试验研究。结果表明:JN459菌株在人工合成污水体系中除磷率最高可达93.7%,在市政污水体系中除磷率明显降低,约为84.4%,两者缺氧初期没有明显的磷释放过程,随着缺氧时间延长,污水体系中溶解磷都小幅度上升,聚磷菌JN459菌株分解和转运多聚磷酸盐的相关酶系需要诱导并且表达水平较低。It is of great importance to study the species of PAOs,their phosphate-accumulating characteristics and roles in the biological phosphorus removal system. Phosphate-accumulating bacterium JN459 was isolated from activated sludge of sewage plant in new and high-tech zones of Jinan City. Microbial strain JN459 was identified as Microlunatus phosphovorus by its physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S rDNA analysis. Results of SBR batch experiments on phosphateaccumulating characteristics of JN459 strain show that phosphate-removing rate can achieve 93. 7% in artificial wastewater system,while the phosphate-removing rate decreases obviously in municipal wastewater system,which can achieve 84. 4%. No obvious phosphate-releasing process was found during the initial stage of hypoxia in both artificial and municipal wastewater system. With the prolonging of hypoxia,a small rise was found in insoluble phosphates of the wastewater system,which indicates that enzymes related to degradation and transportation of polyphosphates in phosphateaccumulating bacterium JN459 strain require induction at low expression level.
