摘　　要：建立省级医院建筑节能监测系统是解决医院建筑长期缺乏准确、可用的能耗监测数据等问题的基础和必要手段。文章结合医院建筑特点和能效管理需求,提出了省级医院建筑节能监测系统整体架构理念,通过研发医院建筑节能监测系统软件,提出监测系统软件设计架构,阐述监测系统子系统架构及各功能模块,编写省级医院建筑分类编码,展示监测系统部分应用效果,设计了省级医院建筑节能监测系统方案,开发实现了包含数据接收、数据处理、数据上报等十余种功能的医院建筑节能监测系统。It is hard to finish the work of hospital building energy efficiency management due to the lack of accurate,long-term monitoring of energy consumption data. To establish the provincial hospital building energy conservation monitoring system is the foundation and necessary means. The article,according to the characteristics of hospital building types and their energy efficiency management requirements,proposes a provincial hospital building energy conservation monitoring architecture concept. Through the development of hospital construction energy conservation monitoring system software,the paper proposes a monitoring system design of software architecture,expounds the monitoring system subsystem architecture and each function module,writes the provincial hospital building classification coding,shows the part of application effects,designs the scheme of provincial level hospital building energy monitoring system solutions,and develops hospital building energy conservation monitoring system with more than ten kinds of functions such as data receiving,data processing and data report.
