体育强国背景下永川地区体育社团管理运行机制创新研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑推理等方法对永川社会体育的管理运行机制进行了调查,对永川社团体育管理中存在的问题进行分析,从而为永川体育社团在今后的发展提供一些参考性建议。研究表明:永川区存在的问题是:开展社团活动的场地不足、缺乏政府的支持以及缺乏专业人员管理体育社团。发展对策:永川区社团体育应该发展民间社团、拓宽社团资金的来源渠道以及完善社团内部的监督管理制度。Abstract： Yongchuan＇s social sports management operation mechanism are investigated, by employing the literature, questionnaire survey and logical reasoning methods. The results of this research can provide some references for the solutions of the problems of sports community and for the future development of Yongchuan. This research suggests the following problems in the Yongchuan carrying out community activities： venues deficiencies, lack of government support and the lack of professional sports club management. Correspondingly, this article proposes the countermeasures. Yongchuan district community sports should extend civil society and broaden the channels for collection of money and improve internal supervision and management system, which is the sustainable strategy for development.
