摘　　要：乒乓球运动是我国强势运动项目,其对场地要求比较简单,球体小,而且简单易学,受广大人们群众的喜爱。乒乓球虽然易学,但要掌握其精髓却是非常困难。其对动作要求非常高,因为只有拥有规范的动作才能发挥更高的水平。正手攻球是乒乓球重要动作之一,近年来,我国加强了高校体育建设,部分高校已采取了有效教学措施,来提升学生的正手攻球技术,这对提升学生的体育综合素质具有重要意义。Abstract： Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. Its requirement for the ground is relatively simple and the ball is small. This sport is easy to learn and widely welcomed by people. Although it is easy to learn this sport, grasping the essence is difficult. It has very high demands on the motion. Only with normative motion can a player reach a higher level. Forehand attack is one of the important action of table tennis. In recent years, China has strengthened the construction of college sports. Some colleges and universities have already taken effective measures to improve students＇ forehand attack technique. It has significant meaning for improving students＇ comprehensive quality.
