不同模式公立医院法人治理结构的比较分析

摘　　要：本文在文献回顾的基础上将我国公立医院法人治理结构分为内部治理型、行政分权型、理事会型以及董事会型4种模式。对各种模式进行优缺点评价并从产权归属、股权结构(两权分离情况)、决策机构、监督机构、管理者选聘等多个角度对这4种模式进行比较分析。得出理事会型法人治理模式更适宜我国公立医院的发展,应积极推广的结论。Based on the review of the literature, the corporate governance structure of public hospitals in China is divided into internal governance, administrative decentralization type, board type and the board of directors in four modes. This paper evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various modes and makes a comparative analysis of these four modes from property ownership, ownership structure（separation of two rights situation）, perspectives decision mechanism, supervision mechanism, managers employ and et al. The conclusion is that board type of corporate governance model is more suitable for the development of public hospital in China, and should actively promote.
