摘　　要：目的评价个体化指导尿失禁患者进行盆底康复治疗的效果。方法选择2014年1-3月在首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科门诊经确诊并自愿接受盆底康复治疗的尿失禁患者72例,根据患者病情给予个体化的盆底康复指导,配合电刺激和生物反馈辅助治疗（使用PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪）,对治疗效果进行观察。结果本组72例患者治疗3个月后,治愈率为42%（30/72）,有效率为96%（69/72）。结论个体化指导尿失禁患者进行盆底康复,设定针对性的治疗对策和心理支持,可提高患者信心,增加依从性,达到事半功倍的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of individualized pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment in patients with uroclepsia. Methods Seventy two cases of patients with uroclepsia were chosen from January to March 2014, who were diagnosed in Outpatient Department of Gynecology of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University and accepted pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment voluntarily. Individualized pelvic floor rehabilitation guidance combined with electrical stimulation and biofeedback training treatment（use of PHENIX neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic instrument） was offered to the patients. The effect was observed. Results Treated for 3 months, the cure rate of 72 patients was 42%（30/72）, the effective rate was 96%（69/72）. Conclusion Individualized pelvic floor rehabilitation guidance and specific treatment strategy and psychological support can improve patients＇ confidence, increase the compliance, and yield twice the result with half the effort.
