摘　　要：白塞病主要临床表现为复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡、眼炎及皮肤损害,也可累及血管、神经系统、消化道、关节、肺、肾、附睾等。大部分患者预后良好,眼、中枢神经及大血管受累者预后不佳。该病好发于男性青壮年,缺乏特异性的症状和体征,给治疗和护理工作带来极大的困难,因此在治疗过程中必须密切观察病情变化,及时实施对症护理,对疾病的治疗和转归具有十分重要的作用。本研究总结分析1例不典型白塞病伴高热患者的护理要点,旨在通过加强心理护理,做好口腔护理、皮肤护理、鼻腔护理、高热护理的同时,密切观察病情变化,使患者的病情在较短时间内得到控制,为该病的临床诊断治疗提供依据。The main clinical manifestations of Behcet disease is oral ulcers, genital ulcers, inflammation and skin damage, and it can also affect vascular, nervous system, digestive tract, joint, lung and kidney, epididymis and other organs. The majority of patients have a good prognosis, ocular, central nervous and cardiovascular involvement in poor prognosis, good hair at young men. The lack of specific symptoms and signs of the disease, brings great difficulties to the treatment and nursing work, so the close observation of changes in condition, the timely implementation of psychological care and meticulous and considerate nursing, plays a very important role in the treatment of disease and prognosis. This paper summarizes the key points of nursing analysis of 1 case of atypical Behcet disease patient with a high fever, aims to strengthen the psychological nursing, good oral care, skin care, nursing nasal cavity, high fever nursing at the same time, close observation of changes in condition, to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis of the disease treatment, the patient＇s condition under control in a relatively short period of time.
